“ You can tell that love and care was put into their coffee and drinks. Was the best Vietnamese iced coffee we've ever had. The beef patty in the bagel was actually lemongrass flavoured which was divine and added something special. Will be back to try the banh mi! ”

“ Pork banh mi and a large coffee, what else do you need to eat for lunch, the crunch of the crackle and the balance of the flavour is second to none I have had breakfast at the red cardinal and now had a banh mi. This family cafe is operated by a wonderful husband and wife team that are always happy to share their great food and drinks, on all occasions I have been greeted with a smile . “ Cosy cafe which I randomly found. Was just going to get a coffee, but decided to get some food. Crispy pork with rice. Really really good. Well presented, perfectly cooked, sensible portion size and good value. The crackling had a great crunch and the egg was cooked perfectly. The owners were friendly as well. Can't recommend. ”

“ Been a long time and a few owners in between breakfast visits. Coffee is so much better than the last time. Quality of the breakfast has improved tremendously. The scrambled eggs are professional...folded, not stirred...soft and fluffy. Great job, guys. 21/4/2025 - long time between visits. The Breakfast Bagel hit the spot for a Monday long weekend. It's a gem nestled within a mere 3 minutes' drive from my home and the only regret I harbor is not having discovered it sooner.
